Travel report written by Adam Rabl;

On the Saturday 6 July we had an early start before heading into London. The day began with us heading to Westminster Abbey and a tour in the area around Parliament Square Garden, this included a quick visit to see Buckingham Palace.

The walk through London was incredibly busy due to 1 million extra people descending on London for the Pride March. Our next stops were St Pauls Cathedral, dinner and a Jack the Ripper tour, which involved walking around the sites in which he was active back in the 1800's. Amazingly, we met Sir Viv Richards walking in the street and the boys got to meet him and got a quick photo.

After waking up on Sunday we got on the train and headed to Lord's. At Lord's we had a tour around the ground which involved learning about the history of cricket along with the history of the ground itself. Inside we were able to see many different things such as the urn with the ashes and the famous long room. After that we headed out to go on a bus tour. The bus tour took us all around London giving us good views of sights such as Tower Bridge and The London Eye. We finished of the day with some shopping before heading back to our rooms to prepare for a game the next day.
